Please read these terms and conditions of sale carefully, it contains important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply. 

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, accepted, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions, and will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Your total price for the products will be stated on your purchase receipt. Payment for the products must be made by credit card.  Orders are not binding upon Dakota Design and Advertising Ltd. until accepted by Dakota Design.  Any price listed on the website by Dakota Design will be valid for the period stated on the website, with the exception that Dakota Design reserves the right to reject any sale for any reason, including for a misprint in the price quotation or advertisement.  Prices advertised do not include shipping and handling and provincial tax.

Dakota Design will arrange shipping of the products to your address. The costs of shipping and handling will be shown on your purchase receipt.

Dakota Design will not be responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labour problems, transportation failure, or acts of God.  Dakota Design will not give out tracking numbers until the allowed shipping time has expired.  Please allow

4 to 6 weeks for delivery. If the shipped item is not received after the expected arrival time, contact us at dakotade@telusplanet.net or at the address listed below, with a copy of you email receipt, order number, full name and address.

Dakota Design does not offer any refunds but allows 14-day exchange for damaged products.  All returning damaged merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt.  All returns are subject to inspection and Dakota Design reserves the right to refuse any merchandise.

Please contact Dakota Design prior to returning any goods, and  ship all items to us prepaid,  insured (if required)  and traceable.  Note :  Dakota Design is not responsible for lost packages that are in the process of being returned.
