Rice Pudding
INGREDIENTS:
• 1,892 mls (2 quarts) of Vanilla Soy Milk
• 1 cup rice
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 Tbsp margerine
• 1 Tsp vanilla
• 1/2 Tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 cup golden raisins
• pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS
Throw all of the ingredients into your crockpot together, stir and allow the crockpot to simmer on low for approximately 5-6 hours. Stir occasionally. Serve with strawberries, blueberries, whipped cream or on its own. Enjoy!
